Clinical Therapist
Sandya Sharma, LPC, CAC II, EMDR
Sandhya Sharma is a Licensed Professional Counselor therapist who is experienced in serving each person in a holistic manner. Sandhya is a certified substance abuse specialist and is certified in providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Over the last several years, she has provided therapy and consultation services for local universities around the issue of sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, and trauma.
Sandhya is published in the field of counseling with a recent article studying the sociocultural factors that influence interracial dating on college campuses.
As your therapist, Sandhya will help create a safe and supportive therapy environment and work with you collaboratively to accurately assess your strengths as well as areas of struggle. She employs CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) framework but integrates various therapy modalities into her work with clients.
She will develop a treatment plan with you to help you facilitate behavioral changes that more successfully meet your goals.
Sandhya will help you look at the ways you have been currently coping with life’s problems and help you to develop new strategies from a strengths-based perspective.

Janel Longoria, LPC, M.A, M.S, LCDC
Janel Longoria is a Licensed Professional Counselor offering individual, couples, and family counseling. Janel specializes in helping people with interpersonal and relationship difficulties. With warmth and respect, she challenges her patients to grow and will bring awareness to the areas in which you and your partner are struggling. She will help you discern your own path of meaning, strengthen your friendship, improve communication patterns, create a greater sense of connection and intimacy, and will provide the tools and support to achieve your goals.
Janel provides hands-on scientific methods with an intuitive patient-centered approach. She uses the combined methodologies of Emotionally Focused Therapy, focused on attachment, with the scientific techniques of The Gottman Method to create lasting change in relationships.

Clinical Therapist
Christina Anozie, MSW, LMSW
Christina Anozie is a Licensed Master Social Worker, with an extensive history of working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. She received her Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University, where she is now completing her Ph.D. in Social Work. Christina has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TI-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
She believes that partnering with those she serves leads to empowerment and a greater sense of control in their life. Christina is passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and improving access to mental health care for all.
Christina serves on the Board of Directors for Healing Action and The Covering House, two anti-trafficking organizations that serve individuals in Missouri. In her free time, Christina enjoys reading, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family.
Christina is currently licensed in Missouri and is accepting new clients.
